Tunisian Team

Follow-up Activity:

We held the follow up activity on May 30th, 2024. It consists of a training in entrepreneurship and digital marketing for the benefit of school students and youth, in partnership with the Youth Complex in Nabeul, Coastal Protection Association in Maamoura (APLM), and Ambassadors Association in Hammamet. For this activity, we estimated the attendance of around 15 people. However, we were overjoyed when all 26 people including students, teachers, and young workers were on time to follow the training.

First, we introduced the project DESTEM framework and presented, briefly, the carried out activities during our stay in Poland. Then, each participant selected his animal figurine, as manner to present himself.

After, we conducted an interactive lesson to define entrepreneurship, digitalization, and empathy. We emphasized the importance of empathy in improving relationships between project stakeholders and business success. Defining project goals, fixing a strategy, and managing tasks are items of second training activity. For which, we were divided into two groups. Each group is called to put in place a strategy for solving a 150-piece puzzle. Participants were engaged in a debate activity designed to foster interactive discussion. Then, a group representative person presents the defined project goals and strategy to adopt. The puzzle-solving phase consists an important area in which, participants attempt to apply their chosen strategy. Through this activity, the participants were able to conclude that the more thoughtful and detailed the strategy is, the easier and fairer its implementation.

A third phase of the training was dedicated to apply design thinking and mood-board creation for a fashion project, which was proposed by a fashion design student among participants. The participants appreciated very much the sequencing of tasks, from the idea to the creation of a website, through all the design stages.

Ben ali: My stay in Poland, as part of this Erasmus project, was memorable for me. In fact, the teaching method adopted by the trainers is fantastic. So they made us learn while playing, digital entrepreneurship, from the theoretical concept to the design of a website for our own projects. The social plan was not neglected, too, during this training. In this context and despite the diversity of cultures of the different participants, the trainers were able to manage the situation well and facilitated the integration of the participants rapidly. This is another strong mark for trainers. Even the energizing intermission actions were so funny. I look forward to applying non-formal methods in my classes. The cultural nights were very interesting. They allowed me to discover other countries' cultures I appreciated.

Kais: First of all, I have to thank the organizers and hosts for their professionalism and dedication. Certainly! In this few lines I should highlighting the importance of training in digital marketing, design thinking, and entrepreneurship throw empathy. In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, training in digital marketing, design thinking, and entrepreneurship is more crucial than ever. Digital marketing skills enable businesses to reach and engage with their target audiences effectively in the digital realm, fostering brand awareness and driving growth. Design thinking, on the other hand, equips professionals with a creative problem-solving approach, fostering innovation and ensuring solutions resonate with user needs. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship training empowers individuals to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and transform ideas into viable business ventures. Together, these disciplines form a powerful toolkit, essential for navigating and thriving in the dynamic global marketplace of the 21st century.
