ABOUT THE CONTEST
The contest is an initiative endorsed by the participating countries of the project, namely Poland, Cyprus, Lebanon, Greece, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Tunisia, and Estonia. Its primary objective is to invite participants to design a unique logo that will serve as an identifying symbol for the project. All submitted logos must be original creations.
AIMS
a) To promote the development of an engaging activity that results in the creation of a distinctive symbol representing the project.
b) To foster and encourage digital competencies and creativity among participants.
c) To strengthen the connection and collaboration among all individuals involved in the project.
By organizing this contest, we aim to generate a visually appealing and meaningful logo that will effectively represent the project and its collective efforts.
CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION
a) The design works can be carried out individually or in national groups.
b) It is important to ensure that the submitted works do not include any identification of the countries involved in the project.
c) It is strongly recommended that candidates primarily utilize digital methods for creating their logos. This includes using software such as Canva, Logo Maker, Adobe Spark, or even Photoshop and Illustrator. Emphasizing digital methods not only allows participants to showcase their creativity but also enhances their digital competencies, which are increasingly valuable in today's digital landscape.
e) The deadline for submitting the work is the 30th of April.
f) Upon completion of the logos, a designated participant from each organization will be responsible for sending the logos to Eva at either evangelia@acpelia.org or evangelia.nikolaou@outlook.com. The logos must be submitted without any identification of the designer or designers.
g) Each organization is allowed to send a maximum of three logos for consideration.
Winner selection criteria: Online voting
Online Vote: The voting process for the logo contest will be conducted online. Specifically, all the logos will be posted on a single meta post to the Acpelia Organization. Each partner or participant will be responsible for disseminating the designated post to their networks. The winning logo will be determined based on the number of likes received.
Eligible Voters: Each like on a logo post will count as one vote towards that particular logo. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by the project coordinators in each country.
Voting Period: The voting period will commence on April 15th and conclude on April 30th, 2024.
By implementing this structured voting procedure, the selection of the winning logo will be transparent and fair.
