Follow-up Activity:

The follow-up activity for the DESTEM project served as a comprehensive debriefing session where the project's progress and outcomes were reviewed in detail. During this session, presenters outlined the various tasks that had been undertaken, the objectives that had been met, and the challenges that were encountered and overcome throughout the project's duration.

Participants had the chance to share their positive experiences and impressions, emphasizing the valuable knowledge and skills they had acquired. Many expressed how the project had enhanced their understanding and capabilities of digital enterpreneurship, and how the collaborative environment had fostered a sense of community and teamwork.

The session concluded with an open discussion forum where participants and organizers could discuss potential future directions for the project. This included exploring new areas of research, potential partnerships, and ways to sustain and build upon the successes of the DESTEM project. Attendees left the follow-up activity with a clear sense of achievement and a shared vision for continued collaboration and innovation.

Participants' Impressions from the Project:

Kamila: Taking part in an Erasmus project was truly amazing. It allowed me to meet people from various backgrounds, experience different cultures and learn a lot about them. The friendships and skills that I gained were beyond my expectations. I must admit- it was an unforgettable experience. Erasmus opened my eyes to a different perspective and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Monika: As part of the project, I expanded my knowledge of the use of digital tools, creating websites and company logos. I learned how to work on creating a media offer for the company and how to promote its activities. From the social side, I noticed how important it is to build a positive image and interpersonal relationships. I also learned a lot of interesting things about the countries and their inhabitants from the partner countries taking part in the project.
