Dissemination Plans and Pages that will ensure the visibility of the Project

The project will be promoted on the web page and web page of cooperating organizations and Facebook of. Coordinators with participants will create posters and movies using different Internet applications: for example, canva.com. The products will be posted on the web pages of the organization and supporting organizations. The article will be published in International Magazine: www.infoans.org/en. The results will be shared with educators from schools of participants, with young people from the region, country, and world and with their parents, and other cooperating organizations. The coordinator will be in close contact with participants. She will create a group on FB and padlet.com to post the results of the project. The coordinator will prepare the schedule of meetings with topics for each meeting. Participants will get to know how to make movies and posters. They will be involved by preparing news for online newspapers. They will have training in English to be more fluent.

After the approval of the proposal, the logo of the program will be created, which will accompany every publicity action. A special space will be designed on the website of our association, especially for the program where both the actions of preparation and the actions of the implementation of the program will be registered and displayed as well as the results from the integrated program. Also, we are going to create the webpage of the project. Following the selection of the beneficiaries, a communication and information exchange group will be set up between the youth, foundation, and local community working groups.

To achieve the best possible diffusion results, each action during the implementation of the program will be documented and made public through photographic and videotaped material during and after the completion of the program. These, together with printed material, will be the basis of the campaign for the dissemination of our results. The Erasmus + Outcome Platform will be used, which offers a comprehensive presentation of all Erasmus + funded projects, highlighting projects, good practices, and further dissemination of learning outcomes.

Also, the page of the project will be created.

The participants in the project, after complete preparation and guidance, will be able to use their experience by organizing workshops, under the guidance of the team leader, where they will be able to transfer the know-how acquired during the program implementation. The youth will act as educators-multipliers in the local community and will deliver printed and electronic material for information and awareness of those interested. Each participant, during a specific time, will be publishing relevant material on the association's website, to inform all interested parties about the results of the project and extensive information will be provided from the first day that will be organized. All the announcements will be gathered and sent from the youth to the local press and the association's collaborating bodies, as well as the material with the used training material during the project will be presented and distributed to youth organizations and associations from all the members.

In all our projects that we implement we are making open webpages to the public which always are there for long time after the ending of the project. As anyone can see even if we have a lot of project it's important for us, the applicant organisation to keep the results of the project open to public for many years after the implementation of one project. Always we are learning through this procedure and we are getting better.

Within the project, a high accent will be placed on communication. We will add regularly content and materials, to ensure a better impact and visibility of the project.

The visibility of the project will be done through online promotion from participants' social pages, CNTM Facebook page and website, CNTM Newsletter, member organizations, groups of volunteers, etc. We will promote the project activities and outcomes through our web page https://cntm.md/ and newsletter. Also, we will use our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and Twitter.

At the same time, we intend to share the project results with our member organization and other stakeholders to promote and advocate for the localization of good practices in Moldova.

The project will use, promote, and involve the biggest actors in the youth media –"Radio Moldova Tineret" (youth) with national coverage, https://www.trm.md/ro/radio-moldova-tineret.

Information web portals like https://youth.md/https://diez.md/, and https://civic.md/ are the most popular news web pages in Moldova.

These actions will be done during this period with the help of the following organisations:

  • Dissemination of the results and the strategic plans
  • Meetings with local authorities in each country according to the strategic plan of their teams
  • Disseminate the results to local authorities
  • Activities within your organisation aimed at disseminating the results
  • Understanding the project's literary, mathematical, and digital competencies is essential for spreading this knowledge both within and outside of the organization.
  • Creating leaflets and making announcements about the entire project within your organization.

We have two main tools. We would share all the results on our website www.nyh.ee, and on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/NooredUhiskonnaHeaks/ during the project, we set posts on our Instagram account too.

Depends on the needs but mainly we share the results among our partners (https://www.nyh.ee/list-of-partners/) in a close cooperation relationship, we develop workshops inside of our hosting organisation and local school where the participants are involved and we can develop new international activities as follow it up and apply in Estonia too. It always depends on the needs of the participant and the criteria of the applicant.

We will follow our dissemination plan for the participants through these channels:

  1. Forum of youth organizations - sharing gained experience with local NGOs.
  2. Public Event - Participants organize a meeting with local youth and share their experience + promote Erasmus + in general.
  3. Website Report - Summary of a project on our website. YouTube Video - Sharing fragments of a project. Our participants are responsible for designing it.
  4. Participants' Stories - On our website, we publish articles about participants' experiences.
  5. Project Toolkit on Salto Youth Portal - We group activities and make a digital version to share with other organizations. It includes activities, their description, use, etc.

Participants will be involved from the beginning of the project, asking them to share on their social media, news about environmental protection and connection with the environment and info on the mobility experiences. They will be responsible to write the articles and publish them in the blog. Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing the dissemination activities in their cooperating schools.

We will share the results online and offline:

Online: We will share it on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...) also we will publish articles in our Blog written by our participants about the topic of Circular Economy. This kind of activity will reach people at local, national and international levels.

Offline: We will organize dissemination events in our office to share the information with other members of our organization and the organizations in Kyiv (Ukraine). Also, we will organize events in the participants' schools.

Information about the project will be posted in our dissemination channels and shared with our local network. All the dissemination links will be sent to organizers after the project, in particular: Call for participants, the announcement of the project starting with the project description, feedback of participants, Dissemination Events organized by participants, Project videos and materials (if applicable). We will share the project results within the NGO's local and international network including regional and local HEIs and authorities

Participants will manage the local informational campaign after coming back from the mobility part of the project. They will contact interested spectators and share the results locally, regionally and nationally.

Of course, we will share all the project activities via our social media, the site of our association, FB page, and Instagram. In our event /meeting with other partners, we will discuss the outcomes of the project.

We will practice every competence /tool learned in this project and transfer it to another youth group in my country (members of organizations, youth in youth house, children in the club centre) and especially integrate the new approaches in different future actions in my association.
